With 16 years as a certified personal trainer and health coach, and over 30 years of personal weight training experience, I bring both professional expertise and real-world understanding to every client I work with.

I’ve competed in figure competitions in my 40's and 50's and guided countless clients into the best shape of their lives — helping them build lean muscle, reduce stubborn fat, and move with strength and confidence at every stage of life.
